TERMS OF DELIVERY
General
StepRose Oy, Business ID: 3378886-9, address: Kirjastonkatu 8 A 9 65100 Vaasa Finland; sells products to companies and adults in the EU. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and to similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from 03.03.2026 onwards. We may unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please review our terms of delivery in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product description for each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check these prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include taxes], which will be shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Delivery costs
Any delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total sum of the order. You can see the delivery costs for your order (if delivery costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and agreement
You can order products on our online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have reviewed and committed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order, except for what is later mentioned about the right of cancellation, is binding and forms an agreement between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you select when placing your order.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU area are 1-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times are indicated in connection with product options.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, if the goods are delivered regularly, after receiving the first batch of goods.
The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, to our email address below, or with a written notice enclosed with the returned goods.
For hygiene reasons, the right of cancellation only applies to unopened products, and returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and well-packaged for return shipping.
If the sale is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after giving the cancellation notice to our return address mentioned below. The returner must, if necessary, prove that the goods have been returned within the specified period, for example, with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs are not refunded to the returner.
When returning a delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for the refund.
We will, in turn, refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment inspection, errors and problem situations
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not otherwise match your order or is incorrect, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days, so we can arrange how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory liability for defects provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding defects.

Limitation of Liability
StepRose Oy is not liable for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery, or product, or caused by any of the aforementioned, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law dictates otherwise for such damage.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any possible disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to resolve the matter.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
